The range of transactions depends on the type of plan the customer chooses, which includes Basic and Advanced options.

Pricing Range

The pricing for content is usually determined by institutional administrators and is managed through the admin dashboard. As a result, prices may vary from one institution to another.

Payment Schedule

Some of our services are available for fixed durations, depending on the institution’s selected time frame. This duration is clearly outlined in the service description. Subscriptions are typically billed annually, with the full payment required before the library setup can proceed.

Pricing Errors on the Platform

We provide detailed pricing information for all our products and services. A master license agreement is mutually agreed upon by both parties and signed before any payment is processed to avoid pricing discrepancies.

Pricing Errors for Institutional Premium Content

We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing for premium content. However, errors may still occur. If the price of institutional premium content is found to be lower or higher than the listed price, a notification will be sent to the institution registered email. Digi Grandhalaya does not directly manage pricing errors for premium institutional content.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Platform Services

We (Digi Grandhalaya) maintain a strict no refund policy for all purchases. Once a purchase is completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their order details and ensure accuracy before finalizing any transaction.

Plan Upgrade Policy

We offer the flexibility to upgrade your plan at any time. If you are currently on a paid plan and wish to migrate to a higher-tier plan, we will take the remaining duration of your current plan into consideration. Any remaining balance will be applied toward the cost of the new plan, and you will only be charged for the difference based on the upgrade date.
